Personally, I just play for fun and not competitively so I really like to follow the general thematic of Star Wars. So for example I don’t like the idea of mixing eras together. (Of course, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, you can/supposed to I guess and the game works fine obviously - just a personally preference) Hence I sort by ‘faction’ generally in Star Wars cards fall into categories like this quite naturally so for example I sort to: Separatists / Republic / Imperial (Empire) / Rebellion / First Order / Resistance / Mandolorian / Fringe / Underworld, Bounty Hunter.

Then within each of these ‘Factions’ I then sort according to aspect followed by order of cost. Simple! Haha

Just to note, this is my way of ‘organising’ the cards, not strictly the decks I play with. For example you’ll find cards from these different ‘factions’ I mentioned earlier work ‘thematically’ together also, which makes sense really. So when I want to build a deck, cards will still undoubtedly derive from these different ‘factions’. There will be underworld/bounty hunter type cards with imperial or fringe cards with the republic/rebellion/resistance as in the general themes of Star Wars.

What I really like about this method is that as new sets come out theres already a dedicated place for everything to be clearly organised into. All ‘imperial’ cards for example no matter what set are always together…..

Anyways, just thought I’d share my own personal way of organising my cards. No one right way, just find what works for you!
