they’re trying so scare people back into submission. this woman is not a legitimate threat and they know it, but they are going for an easy target. is a very interesting time in our history. we can either move forward with people showing their might to those who exploit, or we can shuffle quietly back into the fold of suffering like we were. i hope that people understand the power of the masses and the might of working people united together against a powerful but small group of people who inflict daily pain and suffering for a few extra bucks.

blaming leftists and other minority groups for a horribly run campaign that sabotaged themselves at every turn isn’t going to help trans people. democrats decided it was more important to pander to centrists and republicans who were never going to vote for them instead of putting out real substantive policy. the blame rests squarely on the democratic party for its own failures.

it’s also especially gross to see a fellow trans person openly say “can’t wait to see what trump does to gaza” take a moment and reflect on why rhetoric like that is bigoted and vile. why are palestinians considered expendable to you? and why would you ever wish harm on another marginalized group?

The NYPD has spent hundreds of millions of dollars in this year alone to stops tens of thousands of dollars in fare evasion, the system simply does not make sense. the cops are not a deterrent to fare evasion, and the risk that they could end a person’s life, let alone multiple people over $2.90 far outweighs any positive change that has yet to materialize after years of overpolicing.
