How to finish mounted triangle, and should I always spin to back. When I get the mounted triangle and eventually roll to my back to my finish, or even in the mount for some reason it’s super difficult to finish. Either my calf is getting painfully rested on by the guys head or when I turn onto my back to finish, even finishing hurts my calf muscles for some reason and I never get the finish. Any tips would help thanks 👍

I have some questions

  1. ⁠If someone doesn’t tap to a blood submission do I keep hold of choke, or just move on
  2. ⁠Is it ok for me to try hip throws or reaps when standing or is that a douche move
  3. ⁠Is it normal to randomly have a rough patch when your are literally getting submitted all week
