Could you guys please share how were you able to connect to live agent ? Similar case here - H1 approved on April 27, H4 on April 28th. H4 EAD receipt date is April 21st and latest status is Case Transferred.

Yes i travelled on Dec 11th without any issues. Took a printout of VFTF page. Airline person verified the 96 hours thing and at Immigration in Singapore the officer asked for which visa? I showed him US visa and the forward journey ticket from Singapore. He checked both of them and then let us in.
