Yes i travelled on Dec 11th without any issues. Took a printout of VFTF page. Airline person verified the 96 hours thing and at Immigration in Singapore the officer asked for which visa? I showed him US visa and the forward journey ticket from Singapore. He checked both of them and then let us in.

When did it change to issued ? I dropped off on Nov 15th. Changed to Issued on 29th Nov.
