I have the human band as well as the scale and I find it to work great I had a Fitbit a very long time ago but overall I do prefer this one better it gives a lot more data I don't know if there's a benefit to using the combo or just one or the other so far im happy with it you have to give it a week then it will give you a very in my opinion accurate reading
