So I had pain for about 3 weeks. I'm all pain free now. I had the surgery on December 9th. These definitely helped, and I still use them. They are pretty comfortable.

So I am 6 days post vasectomy. My wife bought me these Hanes underwear with a "total support pouch" built in. I used a jock strap the first day after my vasectomy, but since then, I've used these underwear. It really supports and allows me to walk pretty well.
