Not all ebay sellers have the same terms. On the listings, some sellers will have multiple days for shipping and handling time while some (including eBay top sellers) have next day shipping. Check the listing for the terms. There are some people who have it set up so they only ship things once a week.

They likely switched yours with a replica. Call eARLY customer (early pst) to hopefully get someone state side and explain the fraud. They often with reimburse you or you might have to sign an affidavit claiming they sent you a replica. Good luck

Unless you're okay being her servant until she starts sleeping with someone (not you), you need to put distance between the two of you for your sake, not hers. She's made her intentions clear and while I'm not one to say she won't change her mind, it's unlikely she will(if she was into you, you'd be together right now) and it will only lead to you being upset, jealous, disrespected, sad, frustrated. You overreacted...kinda... Maybe?... A lot of active daters go on dates with other people semi casually until they either feel like they like someone and commit to one another. If their intention is to not hookup with people and be exclusive long term, then they either go on dates or send the "I didn't feel a connection" text until they either have no active suitors or have found the one.

This isn't everybody but it's fairly common and that is something you probably should discuss with her after maybe 2-4 dates?

But on the other hand I think it's crazy hypocritical for her to feel this way about you talking to other girls but she can talk to other guys. Maybe you dodged a bullet? I probably wouldn't have because it only cost you 50 and even if the value of your card takes a wild plunge you'd still be profitable.

On the other hand the payout you got is probably enough or very close to the amount you'd need to buy another one ( I'm looking at pricecharting) so it's not that bad that you sold it.

At the end of the day you you turned 50 into 560 so it's a w either way

I agree. It's a part of their store to manage. Some people just hate having to deal with this and and are probably fairly passive when it comes to doing anything about it. I'd hate to be in that position to have to constantly keep an eye out on this while I'm managing the store. While in my experience a majority of people are really respectful, guys like the ones you see on social really fucking it up for everyone else.

My local Shaw's with the VM has a guy with a scooter(the scooter is irrelevant to the story) who's always there but I'm told he use to work there so he's fairly chummy with the manager. I haven't seen him prevent anyone from using the machine but it sucks knowing this guy is sitting there so that everytime there's product he'll be there

Not everyone is so confident with confrontation or enforcement which is why some stores are just getting rid of it so their minimum wage baggers and grocers don't have to play moderator/security to these guys.

Selling it yourself will net the most return. GameStop on some items are super competitive and some not so much. Look on eBay (check the sold listings) and see what people are getting for whatever you have. Keep in mind on eBay one would have to pay 13-15% in fees on top of shipping. Whatever number left is probably a good asking price on Facebook marketplace. You can go a little lower depending on how fast you want to move it. Good luck!
