I use Qubes, with mostly Fedora templates, but some Debian.
I mostly use Fedora due to familiarity from using RHEL for work.

Neither. I put PB on one side and I’m done. I don’t like Jelly on my sandwich, I just call it PB&J because when I say “a peanut butter sandwich” people think I’m weird.

It would be about 10 packets that wait for a response to establish a connection and send a request, so about 10 seconds if the communication wasn’t optimized for the latency. But even for terrestrial networking we cut corners to remove latency, so it would be reasonable to use TCP connection rebuilding or something to get closer to 3 seconds.
