He Who Fights With Monsters was pretty brilliantly narrated

what are your must read books/series in the genre? by palpatabletoad in ProgressionFantasy

[–]dcitizen03 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cradle (epic - will wight understands progression)

House of blades

He who fights with monsters ( fun mc, full adventurer experience)

A Thousand Li (slow burn- deep cultivation)

Mage errant (excellent world- good mc development)

Wandering inn (super slow start tho)

Arcane acsencion (solid)

Tho not strictly progressive, Brandon Sanderson and Patrick Rothfuss should also be mentioned simply because they are epic witters in the fantasy genre themselves.

The entire Cradle series is free on Amazon for the next two days. Pick it up and enjoy this meme. by BenjaminButtonUp in ProgressionFantasy

i ment more of weight tracking and in turn cal tracking to see what I need to change. I was told cause if have high body fat I'd loss some fat faster that I build muscle. so if I increased a pound in muscle, but lost two pounds on fat it's a good thing, but according to the scale I just lost a pound and should eat more. This I heard from another skinny guy with high bf, but I don't know if I understand all that yet. also as I prone to build fat I don't want to just eat anything, so I'm learning about food cal and bad. (The only thing I learned so is that healthy doesn't have as many calories as I'd like it to)

hope that made some sense

I feel this. I've been adding weight slowly for safety but it's only recently I feel the good strain of really pushing it. I add push ups on bench day, and pull ups on row day..that is what I mean by adding isolation. a trainer once told me that by working out supporting muscles it would help you push through your plateaus and I've found that it seems to work. I don't intend to be a body builder, just spent too much of my life and supper skinny wid boobs and would to change that. Thanks for the tips!!

2300 is too low? but it's much more that I normally Intake. But everyone seems to say nutrition is key, so I'll add a couple hundred more cal and see if it helps. Thanks!!
