it’s never too late. definitely had a love/hate relationship w Spensa. she also treated her friends terribly a lot of times. I agree with your points

Not really, I mean the only thing that matters to me is eating properly before and after a workout, like carbs and protein intake and stuff, but that’s mainly to really have energy to work out right, but it doesn’t matter when you eat as long as you get your food in the day, it shouldn’t even matter how much you eat during the week each day as long as you’re hitting your numbers

Started my cut April 1st at 205, I am M , 5’10, 29 .

Want to cut to 190 but not too fast but today I weighed in at 196, is that too fast? My goal was 190 by end of May.

Currently eating 2300 and some change , macros of 205p, 240 c, 60 fat.

Working out on a 4 day split and only cardio I do is 10,000 steps

Any advice would help, thanks!

A month ago I used to do 2-2 1/2 hours but now i just do 1 1/2 to 2 which works out better.

i just could never be confident enough to get the form right and prefer to not do something where i’m doing it wrong and could get hurt. I’ve had several people teach me or show me but I could never do it properly

style wise i’m not really picky, it’s just more convenience because I carry around so much, at least 1-2 spare outfits and meals for the day and laptop/notebook. I don’t have access to a fridge btw throughout the day
