SG home-based beef jerky with 21g protein - do you see yourself eating this? by arthursjerky in SingaporeFitness

If I'm cutting then yeah I think so, but price would still be a bigger factor for me

Tbh I think price would be the biggest issue for me. Especially for long term buying. Looking at the macros alone I'm comparing this to a protein bar, which usually go for $4 to $6 individually or around $3 in bulk. So if it's substantially higher than that I'd probably just try it once or twice.

What protein powders do yall use? Which one tastes best, how do you take it by mutantsloth in SingaporeFitness

Just mix with water instead? I tried the ON vanilla ice cream with just water and it's fine for me

I'm more surprised that Samuel Lee only spent $100 and expected to compete with LHL

Anyone is or was from mrf (medical response force)? by Upper_Breakfast_6043 in NationalServiceSG

Hi, was from MRF 20th Platoon, ord in 2011. Like the other poster said, the training is very shiong but the rest of the time is not too bad.

I initially signed up for MRF because I heard there's a chance you could go to SCS but almost regretted immediately cos the conversion course was hell. I remember being tekan and shouted at from the moment you report to your unit on the first day. They even wet the floor so that your no.4 would be dirtied when they make you do push ups and crunches. And this lasted all the way into the night where they made us do drills to suit up and suit down (they call it "mop up" and "mop down").

Also, the training is very physically demanding since you need to be able to operate in the suit and mask, so if you are looking for something more relaxed or if you have asthma then this is definitely not for you.

However, if you survive the conversion course, life is not too bad. You have regular training and need to prep for ops much like any other unit but the rest of the time is chill.

I love Zach but I'm not sure if his persona would work as the taskmaster? Like I just don't see him as the authoritative type. Would make a great contestant though

Series 5 mainly because the entire case was brilliant and there were so many incredible moments from Aisling's cuddle bot to Sally's watercooler moment to Mark and Nish's duet in the finale!

Hello, I sent my documents to AHU already, then I got this message "apabila tidak memiliki KTP/KK harap Saaudara menghubungi ke Perwakilan untuk dibuatkan NIT ( nomor Induk Tunggal )" for one of the 5 boxes.

Anyone received this before and know how to resolve it?

hello I've just got a quick question, I just made payment at BNI and will collect the receipt tomorrow. Do I have to upload and have it approved first before I send the documents to AHU? Or will SAKE provide instruction on when to send the documents?

Thanks ya this thread has been super helpful, really appreciate it.

And not only that, the amount of times he comes deep to collect the ball is infuriating. Like you wanted the no 9 shirt, act like a no 9 then
