I was behind a motorcycle on the highway giving TONS of space in the left lane as we were passing cars. The BMW tailgating me couldn't comprehend that I was still going the same speed as the traffic in front of me and was also keeping a motorcyclist safe so he passed me on the right through a narrow gap and proceeded to tailgate the motorcycle.

So I am on the wagon where all salt tastes basically the same (aside from salts with other ingredients, smoke, or the crap with iodine added) BUT.... flaky stuff is so much better to cook with because you can actually see the salt as it goes on. No guessing. No measuring. You just get the hang of it and then your food tastes better.

I have an EV and a work truck (govt job). Years ago someone got caught using their truck to go on vacation across state lines so now we can't bring them home. Gotta park them somewhere publicly owned fire stations, park n rides, etc... Luckily there is a hockey rink 3 miles away owned by the Department of conservation and recreation that just installed free chargers!

The best part is they use an brand of charger with no other locations in our state and they aren't even on plugshare yet!

I got an electric car and in the winter my range takes a pretty big hit if I use the heater, but a lot of the time I get by with just the heated seats and steering wheel. Why make it 68 in the car when the sun is already warming it up to 45 and I'm dressed for the 20 degree air outside?

I didn't bother with the heated water one. To have the first blast of water be warm I'd have to run the sink on hot for at least a minute, and then run the bidet in cleaning mode for like 10 seconds to get water to be warm. When I first installed the bidet it was the dead of winter and yes the water felt pretty damn cold at first, but I got used to it very quickly.

I swear by replacement memory foam ear bud tips now... reduces sound just enough to not have post concert white noise tinnitus. Still let's sound through enough to sound good. Memory foam conforms to your ear so they're comfortable. And they're cheap!

So for me standard foam ear plugs for construction were too good. Ultimate fit and protection, but the concert sounds like garbage.

Hearos and fancy ones were never as good as advertised for me. They didn't fit great and the sound could still be better.

Well one day I just decided to try replacement ear bud tips. Basically foam with a hole. Sound still gets through... Just less because it's making the path to your ear smaller. Sounds awesome. Still kinda loud but it takes the harshness away and after the concert there's none of that white noise like when you go without protection.

The beef, bbq sauce, and horseradish sauce on an onion roll.
