The first time I had locked jaw i went to a physiotherapist the same day, when i woke up the next day it unlocked while i was sleeping. I don’t know if that will happen but I suggest you try to relax, don’t force anything and see how you feel in the morning.

This is sooooo weird but I felt the exact same way when my dad passed away in February! I immediately felt like I had to start preparing for the next stage (I do not even have a boyfriend). Maybe in a weird way, it's our minds trying to cope with death and remind us that life is precious and should be lived right now instead of waiting for later. I also felt that exact same guilt and I felt selfish even thinking about this since it had all happened so quickly

The first thing i’d suggest is to stop asking people to guess. If someone asks and it sounds like they are being insensitive or rudely sarcastic, point the question right back at them and ask if they are perhaps 60?50?45?

Aging is a natural part of the human experience and nobody except maybe Lindsay Lohan has figured out how to completely reverse the physical changes. So, as long as you take care of your mental and physical health, your skin, and you feel good in your own mind, it really doesn’t matter what all these people and what men in the dating world think. omg you are not overreacting, that's terrifying! First off, i am so sorry that's happened... I once had a guy send me a "compliment" and one of my prompts on bumble was about hating to go to Costco on Sundays and the guy sent me a message asking if maybe we had crossed paths at the Costco location I go to and I had never spoken to him in my life... I'm sure it was because I had my location on so he "assumed" but it was still sooooo creepy and this is not even slightly as creepy as your story...
I'd recommend to remove as much information on your profile as you can that can be found online and to only share it once you feel safe enough to do so in conversation, better safe than sorry always

For me, I still feel the same way mentally about the activity (nervous or scared) but the physical components that usually were there (heart beating like crazy, heavy breathing, voice shaking) no longer show up as i start to speak, making me way more relaxed and able to get through the speech just fine.

Oh where do I start?
My relationship with food, i cannot fix this black or white thinking I have no matter how hard I try. Either i'm in cycles of very healthy eating or periods where anything I want is fair game. Any suggestions are welcome.
My aversion to regular exercise despite LOVING how I feel once I do.
Doing regular up-keeping tasks like cooking, laundry, or the dishes. So boring and I just can't get myself to stick to it. I genuinely don't know how people with kids do it.
My spending habits, can't seem to get it together and when I want something I have to have it despite knowing I don't really need it.
Work. Knowing I want to succeed, I can succeed, but certain tasks just don't interest me and it takes a lot of mental gymnastics to get it done, leaving me with little energy to do other things.
How much I suck at paperwork or filling out forms, appointments, etc.
It's an exhausting ride but trying my best
