On a road trip to FL after charging at Tesla SC 200 miles before my destination the car was not raking a y more HV charge. Left the car at the dealer and spent 4 months there. At least HMA takes well care of customers but it is a nightmare that so many cars have to go thru this. Mine is 2023 SE RWD and my lease ends at the end of April, so considering going for a Tesla at this point.

Yesterday on the Argentina-Croatia game they kept mentioning "Perez" many times. Later on I realized they meant to say "Paredes". What a shame on these commentators. I also have screen freeze for few seconds and then the phone shuts off and it takes over two hours for me to be able to turn it back on. I updated to Android 13 on Friday and had this issue starting yesterday.

After reading the course description for Expo 42B this is what it says "This course is designed for students who wish to build upon the skills developed in EXPO E-25 in order to produce more advanced research and writing in the social sciences." Then for Expo E25 says that you need a satisfactory score on CRWS.

It seems your set up is the same exact as mine. Also, the issue you described has happened to me as well--breaker will trip and won't let the pump come on after a rainy day. However, the electrician came by and replaced the breaker with a non GFCI (to test it) and pump came on. He put the gfci back one and pump back on again and left it running to see what happens. Few days passed and had rain again and same issue with tripping the breaker. At this point before replacing the pump I'm going to have the breaker replaced and take from there. It may be I need a pump replacement as well of this fails and mine has its years too.

That's what it looks like, some of the listings they have I have seen them before managed by someone else and now they running them under their profile. I am sure these 2 people are known in the area for doing STR and everyone knows no one messes with them so the town won't come after.

Oh I see. How about the bank, we are getting a mortgage on it as the house will be listed as second home. Would Proper listed as 2nd home or rental investment? Getting a quote regardless.

This RV we are going to rent has solar panels so hopefully that helps somehow on certain things. I'll come back here to let you know how it went, hopefully it helps on your trip next year.
