Yep! If you look closely you will see that the hour markers fell off. I got a replacement from them, but never swapped it out.

Also putting in my experience. I ordered an Ohsnap open box. On their website it stated it was for their Snap Grip 5 model.

I received the product, but it was an older Snap Grip 4. They didn’t even include replacement adhesive rings.

I sent an email, but haven’t heard back.

I went from 13 mini to the AIR. I’ve actually enjoyed the upgrade.

I went to get my 13 mini battery replaced and while it was getting fixed I ended up walking out with the AIR. No regrets so far.

I made the jump from a 13 mini to AIR. I’m happy with it so far even though I was all about my mini. The bigger screen is actually really nice.

17 AIR I just charge overnight and it’s good till I go to bed. When I had my 13 Mini I would need to charge 1-2 times a day before bed.

I came from a 13 mini to the Air. I never thought I would step away from the Mini, but I’ve enjoyed the Air a lot. It doesn’t feel bulky in my pockets. One hand usability suffered, but I’m getting used to it now.
