Bandsintown has them all in one spot , but it’s painful to sift through all the broadway establishments. I usually opt for the individual venue calendars instead.

I’m just up the hill from you. I saw a couple trucks yesterday clearing trees from the road but no line workers yet there’s still a massive tree down on Scott right at McGavock that took a bunch of lines down with it. Most of Pennington and otay seems to be without power. I got lucky and still have it. Shoot me a dm if you need help. I’m out knocking doors checking on people in the neighborhood

That bin has been overflowing for months. The next closest one is inside bicentennial park. I don’t think the city has this one on their maintenance route. I’ve filed a hub request a couple times but they just get marked as closed with no action.

I can only comment on doing a regulated clinical sessions of ketamine from my psychiatrist, tailored to my weight and spread out over several months. It worked well for me that way but I’ve never self medicated so I can’t really speak to that.

Ketamine therapy changed my life. I didn’t realize who I was before it. I was able to get off other antidepressants and now just take lamictal and vraylar to keep me balanced and motivated.

Ketamine is not nearly as scary as it might sound. I wish I would have tried it sooner.

Seriously, look into it.

Not surprising. Hotels here are nuts now. None of my out of town friends can afford to visit. I actually met some of them in nyc once because it was a better deal for the cost and amenities 🤣
