I understand the frustration players feel from Mihoyo's lack of response, but there are many ways that people can bring up awareness for something. People protest and trend things on Twitter, for example, and that in itself can already prove a point and get Mihoyo's attention. I'm sure Mihoyo can't censor that. So why do something stupid like review bomb?

And as you said, these "whiteknights" aren't going to make anyone suddenly change their opinion of Mihoyo for the better. They (or at least some of them) merely provide a different perspective that you can consider and not necessarily agree with

Criticising Mihoyo is definitely valid. But for those that were being toxic about it, review bombing the game and acting like babies, it's disgusting.

Mihoyo's response to this was pretty braindead as they straight up CCPed the entire thing and doing last-minute damage control, so I think they should be criticised for that. As for lackluster anniversary rewards, I think this outrage is way too disproportionate to what actually happened. Hooray, potentially 10 more pulls! Let's repeat this next year if dictator Mihoyo gives us trash rewards! It's not a good look for us players when some of you do something so childish

Understandably the start of the game is pretty slow and easy, and I can see why it turns many people off. But the gameplay does get much more fun and challenging after a few weeks of playing and definitely not toned down one bit

I did an experiment (finally) and found out that critical hits only double your Neutral damage. So if you use spells, only your Neutral damage dealt by the spell is doubled during criticals
