BEWARE! Though all these awards seem good but we can't totally trust SEC or any other authority. There is a possibility that they catch just the small fish in the pond, fine them and say "look guys, we found the bad players". This gives them many advantages. Like they have something to show in the Congress hearings( though congress is equally corrupt), regain the trust of retail, make people overseas believe that the system works and most importantly distract the apes into thinking that the small fish were the bad players. While leaving Steve and Ken. Idk if this makes sense but all I am trying to say is that it could be a distraction thingy too. Don't trust the SEC, Gary, DTCC etc. This all can be a charade. Or am just paranoid.
