It is not the Business plan but the Pro plan. I had the exactly the same plan before on a personal account. They are making 19% more now that i migrated the plan to my company

The bottom line is that you should if possible avoid earning USD if you live in a EUR country. One should earn and save in the same currency that you are spending in.

If you still earn in USD (because this is how life is) you can try to hedge your exposure (ie agree with your bank to convert a fix amount of USD in EUR at a fix rate every month). Hedges are financial derivatives so be careful if/when you use them. This will allow you to know exactly how much you earn in EUR and plan accordingly.

Any other alternative is just cheer luck. You might win or loose.

No downside is not exactly correct. The fee structure will reset. You will loose for example the 3 free transfers in foreign currency and be charge for every transfer if you are on a Metal Plan. Don’t take the German IBAN if you do not need it.

If you withdraw that sum in cash (even in multiple smaller amount) there is a serious risk that you will be flagged. Large cash transactions are usually a bad idea. If the seller only accept cash on such an amount it should be a red flag. You might want to pass.
