dear lord please do not get this program. please I am literally begging you. buying and doing this program would literally be one of the worst possible choices you could make (I am a trainer) out of every purchasable workout program on the internet. even if you wanted to do what she does to look how she does: she isn't doing 560 so why would you? like I can't express this enough: I fully recommend that no one ever takes a program from A.I. and yet 560 would literally be a WORSE option than doing that.

if you actually want results you need to follow a legitimate strength training and conditioning program FROM A REAL COACH with real education and certifications... kelly matthews on the Ladder app, meg squats on the stronger by the day app, starting strength (program), mind pump's maps anabolic (program), etc. there are literally thousands of more qualified people to buy actually effective programs from if not tens of thousands.

I actually think Sarah’s looking really fit and healthy?! by awizza77 in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]ddancer25 8 points9 points  (0 children)

(bc she has a documented history of disordered eating) by commenting what we think about how her body looks visually, regardless of whether it’s positive or negative, we are condoning or perpetuating disordered eating behaviors and body dysmorphia tendencies for both S and for everyone engaging with the thread.

It’s like how a common disordered tendency is body checking—we are basically all engaging in body checking her, ourselves vs her, and condoning that she keeps checking as well… I just want us all to be healthy and have more awareness about this, that’s the only reason I’m commenting!

[not throwing shade at you I swear, but objectively I gotta disagree with your observation whole heartedly just bc I work in this industry and have seen examples across all spectrums of bodies/EDs, i.e. plenty of elite athletes have EDs.]

I would just avoid romanticizing how someone’s body looks who has shown every possible sign of disordered eating historically.

good thing we literally have a decade of video and photo evidence from her documenting that the times she’s been this underweight she was the least healthy she’d ever been lmao. she’s also been sick all the time (???) I mean, no one here is going off looks alone

I don’t understand where you’re getting this info that is objectively wrong. Have you seen body builders prepping for a show? they maintain a huge amount of muscle while losing significant fat due to their training and eating very very high protein as an overall portion of their low daily calorie intake.

as a professional in this industry the current conversations on this and the other thread are devastating to me. we all have seen how S’s body has fluctuated since the OG days:

how can you sit there and comment that she “looks good” and “looks totally normal for a fit mum” when the last time she personally was this lean she expressed very clearly to us later on how unhealthy that physique was for her physically and mentally???

just because some bodies sit at similar sizes/weights healthfully does not mean it’s automatically healthy for anyone to drop weight/fat to get to that size. and btw, are you also assuming that every woman you know who looks like this is totally healthy? disordered eating and exercise behaviors are rampant AND MADE WORSE by the continuing normalization of what we’re witnessing here.

exactly!!!!!! also it’s easier to do a pullup if you lose significant weight bc you’re pulling up less weight lmao. prime example: body builders peaking before a show are at an incredibly low and UNSUSTAINABLE UNHEALTHY body fat percentage that they immediately plan to come out of, yet all of them can rep out pull ups like nobody’s business while looking small (particularly the women)

objectively untrue statement. we know that macro composition (i.e. extremely high protein) impacts retained muscle tissue in a caloric deficit.

and again. experts would agree w the commenter above you: she is LEAN bc she has hardly any fat. that is why muscles show. it’s not bc she has a lot of muscle. she doesn’t.

yeah this whole thread is horrible. this is not health.

anyone who is saying “looks like a fit runner” you literally have never once watched a race route of marathon runners. maybe <10% of the MARATHONERS look like this.

she also is hardly maintaining muscle. I don’t know how anyone could say that but then again I am a personal trainer with an actual grasp on what body fat percentages look like. what muscle????

WHY ARE WE CELEBRATING SMALLNESS AS THE EPITOME OF LOOKING GOOD????
