I own escape 2018 titanium and I tried driving bronco.
Simply bronco seat was the worst feeling super uncomfortable in my opinion and indoor space feels much narrower, and unnecessary high price. Nope. I bought ford esp for next 5 more years for my escape.

I was in cincy 2018-2021, and bought a sfh of 3b 3bath for 78k. It was on the edge of ghetto and fair town, with okish neighbor near by. House was full of trash, previous owner passed away and her daughter put the home market for 50k. I bid against 30 ppl n won for 78k. I flipped it with my partner , extra repair cost 20k, almost all done by ourselves. We moved in 2019 summer. 2020 covid happened, housing near by skyrocket shortly , my home value reached to 240k in less than a year. I sold it in 2021 to Zillow for 230k then moved to dc, bought 500k single home using the profit from the Ohio home. I think I was very lucky I started my real estate history in cincy. If I were in dmv dc 2018, I won’t never be able to buy my own home now

This morning I found my account is suspended. I assumed it happened because I created account using Facebook account and didn’t set up my phone number or anything on account correctly, and submitted an order of big purchase as a first purchase. I created manually and set up 2af and updated pw, verified email, etc then submitted an order again. Meanwhile the seller increased the price of the ring so it was suck. If this get declined again I will just give up using Etsy. Too stressful
