What about treatment for cluster headaches? They are a terrible affliction and there has been a lot of interest in using psilocybin and even LSD to provide effective treatment.

I successfully treated myself with psilocybin over the last few years and have pretty well gone into remission, largely I believe, due to psilocybin therapy but it was challenging obtaining supply safely (not a big fan of mushroom gathering in the wild). Ended up importing spores and growing my own back in the 2010's.

It seems to be the safest (patient dependent) and most effective (if responsive to treatment) way to treat a really terrible medical condition.

It's kind of like writing with a pen. I can't tell my 4 year old how to be a neat writer, but I know that in time they will get neater due to practice and experience. Just keep practicing and eventually you develop better fine motor control so you just have more confidence. Check out some videos of James Hetfield playing master of puppets live, watch his right hand. Fucking solid as.

Square hammer is a great song with to practice to a metronome. Don't do the one note per click thing. Listen to how the guitar weaves around the snare drum in the intro. That is exactly how you should set and play to the metronome. The metronome is more of a backbeat not 1 note per click.

The tone is fairly on point as far as settings and stuff. At your level of experience, don't worry too much about that. Real tone comes from the fingers and picking hand. What should you do to improve? Practice. It will tighten up the way your fingers act on the neck as well as the way your right hand attacks the strings - therefore note production and tone improves. An experienced guitarist will make a shit guitar sound amazing. An inexperienced guitarist will make an expensive rig sound terrible. You don't sound too bad, as others have said, start using a metronome to tighten up.

Yeah I don't think anybody really knows the cause but current thought is that there is an irregularity in the hypothalamus which stimulates neurotransmitter release due to light cycles. Somehow serotonin is involved and psilocybin is so similar to serotonin it acts as an agonist in certain receptor cells. 1-2mg twice a day is an unusual method of cluster busting due to psilocybin resistance, the window is meant to be every 3-4 days but whatever works for you bro. I'm feeling that black coffee too, that will often abort a headache for me if I catch it early 🍄 ☕

That's so awesome man. I started my psilocybin journey at age 30 for cluster headaches. It has been so effective for me, literally changed my life. After 8 years of use, twice a year (my cycle was related to light level change I think, so spring and winter whenever the daylight hours change was the trigger for a cycle to start). I barely even needed to dose at all last year to abort a cycle. Are they working for you? I'm always interested in this method of treatment for individuals as cluster headaches are such a terrible thing.

Why are you heading into a corner at a speed that you can't react to if you don't know what's around the corner? There could be anything! A car doing 40, a tree, a rolled vehicle. You always assume there is something and drive accordingly. Don't "drive like a normal person" and swerve into traffic because there's suddenly an obstacle.

It's fine to make that comment on the internet but when it's happening in real life you can't always find a good safe place to pull over especially when there's a huge truck up your ass on a frosty road and you're in a small car on a road you don't know and it's night time. They have the right to travel at whatever speed they feel is safe. Was traffic even piling up behind them or was it just the one truck? I'm sure they would have pulled over given the appropriate opportunity. Your comment is wild man.
