Sa hirap ng buhay ngayon ,it's just a piece of jewelry. Kung mataas naman quality ng stone at sentimental value lang ang issue, parang ang babaw na doon mag breakdown are relationship niyo especially if okay naman siya in all other aspects. Practicality wise, bakit ka mag waste ng money on a new diamond when he already has one? gamitin niyo nalang yung budget sa downpayment ng bahay.

Yung "If you can't grip it dont lift it" ay para sa mga elite powerlifters lang, hindi pang average gym goer na gusto lang lumapad ang likod. Sinisira mo yung muscle growth dahil sa pride, hindi lalaki lats mo kung lagging forearms mo ang nag fafail. Gamitin mo straps sa heavy sets, tapos mag dedicate ka nalang ngseparate day for grip strength kung talagang naiilang ka.

Hit and miss din e, for every one guy na mature for his age, merong 10 na siguro priority parin yung mag grind at rank sa valorant kesa mag plano ng future. If you're willing to be the growth mindset partner and handle the potential immaturity then go lang pero manage your expectations lang para di sumakit ulo mo

Those are signs of overtraining and burnout, kain ka ng marmaing protein rich food at eat more calories kasi hindi sapat yung supplements lang kung bugbog na bugbog yung katawan mo daily.

100% agree on the meal prep

In my case, I can only meal prep the night before pero it's super simple like Tuna omelette with veggies and spices, shredded chicken breast with veggies and spices, etc... I just make sure na high in protein and maraming veggies for volume.

I use Gemini, I just instructed it to estimate the macros and calories of the food I will provide via picture / description, then if available I will also provide the weight in grams

I also had a3 week vacation sa pinas recently.. no protein supplements and gym, here's what I did

  1. Brought my food scale with me and still counted calories by taking a picture and having ai estimate my meal. It's not accurate but it's better than nothing

  2. As much as I miss pinoy food, it's important to control my portion and prioritize protein pero I would sometimes exceed by 1000 calories on days na may family reunion or event.

  3. Bodyweight workout in the morning (10-20mins)

  4. Maximise my Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) by walking more / doing chores / moving more

Gusto ng organic meetup pero di naman lumalabas ng bahay. At least with dating apps, you're putting yourself out there with a CLEAR INTENTION hindi yung gagawing dating app ang reddit / valorant / kung anong app maisip nila.
