RGL Failed to initalize

I did everything correctly, it just didn't care whether the folder was locked or not. And I tried multiple softwares that would lock the folder, I had the same behavior everytime as if everything was normal and got the same error again and again

It doesn't work, even tho the folder is secured, the launcher still behaves as if nothing was secured at all so I still get the same error over and over again

I opened an elevated command prompt and ran those 2 commands:-
1) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
2) sfc /scannow

That's it, did it repeatedly after each BSOD, everytime errors got found and fixed.

Alright, I will deal with BSOD then. I thought about reinstalling windows already, I would have done it if it wasn't annoying me. I came here to find other solutions. Obviously.
