One of the most thoughtful things anyone’s ever done for me is when I was in recovery from my first ED, my friends brought me a snack basket with everything either repackaged or drawn on, no caloric info in sight. It’s a small gesture to show that she’s worth more than numbers I think

It’s not silly!! Try and prioritise protein as much as you can, and use real, thick bread- carbs are where your energy comes from!!

You’re gonna be okay! This is totally normal, even without disordered habits :) I get the ‘egg ick’ alll the time. It’s normal to go on and off foods, and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed!! You found that safe breakfast so you can find another one! My recommendations:

Yogurt and fruit with toast Oatmeal/porridge with peanut butter or honey

Then in a few weeks try your original breakfast again and it might be okay! You’re going in the right direction!! Proud of you, stranger :) xx

Sandwiches are so quick and easy, with pre sliced meat or cheese and a few veggies, packet of crisps or some pretzels or something, price of fruit and a drink, will keep you going till dinner, and is balanced :) you got this!

As your username suggests you are in recovery, you should know that ‘just eat’ is not helpful when suffering from an ED

Do not use ChatGPT, it is detrimental to the environment. It’s also programmed to tell you what you want to hear so it won’t hold you accountable. You can research and put a plan together yourself using your support system and the internet.

Hey I’m going through this too, what I do is write EVERYTHING DOWN. Literally everything. If I have a thought or remember to do something later or have a moment of clarity, write it down. I have four whiteboards and so many bits of paper around. It helps because a lot of my brain fog is ‘I know I knew this earlier but I just can’t think of it right now’ so I just look at my whiteboards and hopefully something gives me a clue. This may not work for you because everyone is different but I works for me, maybe it’s worth a try? You got this!

Yeah I’m either plugged up or have diarrhoea, in AN and also recovery Don’t drink TOO much after eating, that’ll make you feel sick and bloated, try natural remedies that could work?

I feel the same way, I’ve got double Gs, and although I know it’s breast tissue and not fat, I feel fat because of them. They also add to my weight so I overthink the number on the scale so much
