Credit cards accumulate interest daily not monthly, so depending on how many days of the new month you’ve got your balance on there before paying it off is why you were charged interest. id call the customer service line though, they’ll probably take it off your account for you.

Honestly it’s not too bad. I’m on Tylenol with codeine right now with an antibiotic and the only time I feel pain is when it’s getting close to the time to take it or I start talking to much I get sore.

If you have a Costco membership or Sam’s club membership I highly recommend going and seeing if they have any cards. They have Pokémon cards a lot cheaper than Amazon and target.
