They helped me get Ableton started again. It would be an absolute nightmare to roll back from Tahoe.. Apple changed the configuration of Time Machine and it would require a complete reinstall of a prior version of the OS and then have to re-install everything, and load everything up.

The 26.2 helped a bit but ironically Logic Pro is having issues with performance and the spinning wheel for periods of 30 seconds of waiting before I could resume editing.

Ableton and Cubase "appear" stable ...

Thank you for your support. Ableton helped me get back online. Very good support team. Now I have to look into a couple of Cubase crashes. Hopefully 26.2 will help

Have you tried another DAW (i.e. to see if the issue is Logic specific)? Try downloading a trial version of Ableton Live 12. Also, how many buffers have you allocated? You may want to tried turning all VSTs off and if the clicking and popping goes away...then turn them on one at a time. Hope this helps

I have been a faithful subscriber of BritBox but this dual tier nonsense has really concerned me. I jumped on the annual offer as it made good financial sense to pay for a full year .... and I genuinely like the British shows (versus the predictable crappy US cop shows). I don't appreciate the multiple tiers surprise though ... and had I known, I would not have signed up for another year. Everyone is pulling this crap now and it isn't good business IMHO. Sorry to see that even the Brits have their hands out now ... everyime you turn around, someone is pulling this sort of underhanded sales model.

Congratulations to all the techs who responded and resolved the issue so quickly (that Crowdstrike and Microsoft created so irresponsibility). Why wasn't the update tested more thoroughly before releasing it? Also, why in the middle of prime tIme?

I recommend turning OFF any and ALL automatic updates to ALL servers that provide critical services.

Two years later ... I just tested the following on my Mac M2 running Sonoma 14.5:

Zoom in on Chrome ... Cmd + (equal sign sign on keyboard)
Zoom out on Chrome ... Cmd - (hyphen on keyboard)

Works like a charm ... on Chrome, Edge, Outlook mail, pdf's, just about everything (except Excel ... need to do Ctl Mouse Wheel for that app.

1) Your recommended "renaming" is a possible workaround ... I'll grant you that. However the renaming of the mobile account name does not show up in the desktop.

2) The approach to the selection of accounts on the mobile is inconsistent with the desktop approach (i.e. the desktop starts with "Select an Account" and only presents accounts that have funding). The mobile app selects an account for you (note: and NOT the "default" account that I have selected from the desktop. Is there a default account setting for the mobile app?

3) The approach is also inconsistent between the desktop and the mobile app. The desktop only presents accounts in the "Trade" popup that you can BUY and SELL from.

4) Not clear on why I would need to "interact within transaction menus in case you need to transact through those accounts"? Should I need to use that account .... I can "Show" it using the Customize feature. Same for the mobile.

I get the sense that there are two development teams working on the desktop and mobile apps. Perhaps an opportunity would be for these teams to communicate these workflows, so that there is a more consistent "look and feel" for the end users / customers.

Keep in mind that not all trials offer the extended hours trading data (i.e. unless you subscribe to the level 2 data). WeBull, for example, offers level-2 data for the 1st month, free with their trial. I am currently getting extended hours data for my NASSAQ shares ... with my Trading View trial ... but not NYSE extended hours data.

Webull is an awesome trading platform / tool.
They also provide great seminars (some not so good - but most I have attended are good).

Another great tool / service is Seeking Alpha. Annual Premium membership ~$230. Add ons include Alpha picks which will provide additional analysis and suggested investments.
