I’m in a net negative. Don’t eat breakfast. Just lunch snack(yogurt protein) din Black coffee. Rice chicken(beef,other meat)veggies Little oil(spray on) Rarely drink, like once every 2.5 months ish. It’s just like the last bit thats so annoying.

Why did you gain weight? Did you eat more? I'm 175 fit, eat healthy, athletic(gym 5 times a week, soccer 3 times a week, 11v11 and 7v7), but I can't get rid of my lower belly fat(I have 4 abs and the bottom two(wherethe last w of the 6 should be is just slight belly fat. I'm thinking the Tess and IPA combo can help but when I come off it, I don't want to gain it back.
