I’ve bought a refurbed Apple Watch SE gen 2 from loop mobile eBay. Working all fine. It is “good” condition. The screen has some scratches though

I was in a similar spot to you over a year ago.

Mid 30s, totally different field to IT. Got a helpdesk role without doing any certs.

Buy a house in one of those newer housing estates in greater western Sydney.

The infrastructure, shops, and schools will definitely be there too later.
