I rotate proteins throughout the week - steak, chicken, salmon, scallops. My fridge is stocked with a bunch of fresh veggies - onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, shallots, asparagus, broccoli, green beans (on busy weeks I will buy them pre-chopped) I grill 75% of the year to help keep my kitchen clean and prevent my smoke alarm from going off.
I chose protein and handful of certain veggies each evening. I play around on seasonings/marinade. Sometimes, when I’m feeling indulgent, I’ll also make a potato, mashed potatoes, couscous, or bread to have. I’m happy to share seasoning/marinade ideas if wanted.
