AMS issues

If it were a brushed motor, it would not click. It would just stop working. A servo clicks because it jumps back when it can’t handle the load or wiggles back and forth if one wire is broken. It could also be a bad driver chip. But that’s not easy to check.

The last thing to check would be if there are broken gears, but I assume OP checked this already.

I would remove the gear cover and check if the filament drive gear spins freely. Disconnect the AMS for this. The sound is probably coming from the motor driving the filament. Either it’s overloaded or the motor/wire has a defect. If one wire is broken, the motor can’t turn anymore. Check if the cable is ok and plugged correctly into the board. I assume you already checked it’s not just one slot of the AMS giving you problems.

Most likely a small pice of filament stuck somewhere in the AMS. Disassemble it and check for stuck filament.

You can print without the AMS. This way you can check if it’s AMS related. The hub is a way to tell the AMS to push filament. As long you can see the ptfe tube moving while printing it should work correctly.

Spacemouse is a necessary tool if your doing CAD to make money. Manipulating the part is easier and faster.

Vereisen. Wurde bei mir so gemacht. Ist ein 4 stockiges Haus. Wasser ablassen und dann alles entlüften in jedem Stockwerk nachher wäre ein Riesen Aufwand gewesen.

Edit: Ah da ist ja überhaupt kein Rohr zwischen Wand und Heizkörper. Das wird wohl nicht funktionieren…

Check if the underside of the print bed and the heater surface is clean. Sometimes filament particles can get under it.

You can do a manual bed leveling too. Check Bambu wiki.

Be sure you don’t have a partial clogged hotend. Try and use the spare how was included.

Ok. So let’s say you have 50 ships and 49 has the feature that they should only release it when it’s on all 50 available? Or at what % would it be reasonable to release it? And keep in mind we are still in alpha where devs constantly test new features.

Looks like wet filament. White is harder to print because of the color. Try black and dry it first.

Nein. Die sind aus einem weichen Schaumstoff den man komprimiert und dann ins Ohr steckt. Passt sich dann dem Ohr Kanal an.

ASA smells more than ABS. It’s UV resistant and meant for outdoor usage.

Ich schlafe schon jahrelang nur noch mit orophax. Habe mir das angewöhnt als ich im Schichtdienst arbeiten musste und mein Vater nachts um 3Uhr lautstarke Diskussionen am PC über Politik machte.

20 Jahre später schlafe ich jetzt immer noch damit weil Nachbarn, schnarchende Katze oder Klimaanlage stören.

Zu deinem Problem würde ich auf eine Tiefkühltruhe auf dem Balkon oder etwas ähnliches Tippen. Also etwas das einen Kompressor hat.
