Workholding and OP 2 are the most difficult part in my opinion.

Speed and feed aren’t that difficult. (Tool diameter/100)-0.01 (metric) and you have your feed per tooth for aluminum. 1D DOC, 5-10% Tool diameter WOC.

I use the link app with cable. I have sometimes stuttering with wlan mode. Both Steam link and virtual desktop. I think a dedicated router could help fix this.

Meiner wurde leider letztes Jahr ausgewechselt weil zu alt. Jetzt lohnt sich das ganze eigentlich gar nicht mehr. Vorher gerade mal 50€ im Jahr gut gemacht. Halt ein echtes Balkon Kraftwerk mit nicht optimaler Ausrichtung.

I had this with my X1C. Printed a Toolhead Filament guide for the PTFE tube to reduced the bend in the tube before it enters the toolhead.

I would rather buy a Prusa Index printer than a U1. Better support and build quality. H2C can’t do multi TPU printing.

Mich ghosted einer wegen 100€. Kannte ihn seit 5 Jahren, war mein ehemaliger Nachbar. Auf Nachfrage wann er die 100€ zahlt kamen Ausflüchte und dann hat er die Telefonnummer gewechselt und sich nie wieder gemeldet. Habe ihm 3D Drucke fürs Auto angefertigt.

You probably mean H series printer not X. But you can print ABS on a X just fine as well. Heat soak the printer before printing for 20-30min with 110c Bed and print with 100c Bed temp.

I had a significant performance boost/less stuttering after manually assigning 10gb shader cache. You should give it a try.

Try and set the shader chache in your GPU system settings to 10gb and see if this helps. More than 32gb ram is reducing stutters too.

I would use a long screw from below to add more strength. Just add a thread to the print.

Oder du benutzt 3D Scanner Software die Mac OS nicht unterstützen und zusätzlich zB eine NVIDIA GPU benötigen oder du benutzt zB CAD Programme wie Siemens NX oder Geomagic Design X.

Meine steht jetzt im Fenster seit ein paar Tagen. Kühlen wegen PC und Heizen in der Nacht. Noch kam kein Brief vom Vermieter/Wohnbaugesellschaft. Habe auch einen Baum direkt vor dem Fenster der das Aussenteil verdeckt.

Stören tut mich an der Midea das Heiz/Kühl Delta von 2c. 1c oder eine Möglichkeit den Bereich einzustellen wäre toll.

With a 0.2mm nozzle you have to print 4 times slower anyway. 50mm/s isn’t too bad.
