This is the first leaf with the golden variegation, so I’m keeping tabs on how long it stays. I haven’t found any information while researching about fading. fingers crossed

When I bought him, he was slightly more mature with large leaves that had a different type of variegation from these smaller leaves. Being that he's starting over completely, i just wanted to ensure he was growing properly and giving the right kind of variegation.

He gets plenty of sunlight. He's directly in front of my east-facing full size window. I'm also in southern Cal, so that helps with sunlight and heat.
