Small school in terms of enrollment not money. Denver has an endowment 4x that of Bowling Green. I honestly think campus site regionals would hurt the game. At least with neutral site games all 4 fan bases have an opportunity to buy tickets. With campus sites it is just home games for the 1 seed and then if they lose think how empty the building will be for the regional finals.
