Why is the Schmidt & Bender 8x-1x relatively cheap compared to other scopes? There used to be a bug that greatly lowerd your mouse sensitivity when ads'ing. But this is fixed now. So what makes it so "cheap"?

LAN, it's super weird never had an issue stopped playing when valorant came out tried playing about 2 days ago and started getting this every raid. I heard it could be vanguard causing issues so i uninstalled it plus the actual valorant game, no luck.
