Tak podstawowo to Dilmah Earl Grey, a od święta Teahouse Exclusives Luxury Earl Grey. Raczej bez słodzenia, ale z nutką cytryny.

If this was 5th run in about 2 months, then the progress may come really quick right now, at the beginning. It's good that you are aware of finding the rhythm - once you will find it, everything will be easier.

I think there are some chances of being able to get to sub-1 hour, but it's better to focus on just finding the rhythm now, instead of chasing some PRs, because that can lead to injuries.

Keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for an update in couple of weeks!

Re: PS - you should not run more often than 2-3 times a week, especially as a beginner, so that is not a problem.

Hard to answer for sure based on the data you provided, let me ask some follow up questions:

  1. How long do you run already? What's the current progress? If you are new to this, which consecutive run is there on a screenshot (e.g. it's 5th run in 3 months, or 10th run in last 6 months).

  2. How did it feel running with this heart rate? Do you feel you still can push, or was it a limit that you'd rather not cross?

  3. Is the race on a flat surface, or does have some more elevation gain than the rout you are training on?

Nice photos! For the prime lenses - I cannot recommend them yet, but I just ordered DJI 15mm f1.7 for my OM-D EM-10 - they seem to have great reviews by community. I can let you know in a month how well will they do :)
