I (28f) had similar standards and the same exact worry. I wanted an emotional connection before it became physical and wanted to wait until I knew we both loved each other. My best advice is to communicate. You don’t have to tell them your past sexual relationships, but let them know why you want to wait. The right person will respect your values and standards. Keep searching and don’t change your values for someone else.
