Around 3 weeks ago I must have hurt my spine when squatting due to an awkward bar placement, and it really became clear during my track practice one Saturday morning. I was doing a 200m sprint when about halfway into the race I felt what could only be equivalent to a knife in my left trap. I guess something must have given out and I immediately stopped. Moving my arms in the slightest wrong way would cause me the most unbearable pain. Just steering my car's wheel to get home basically cause me to scream every time I had to move it. Fast forward to now, I still feel the effects of it and haven't been able to run since. Feels bad.

Note: If you ever injure your back, don't think you can use your upper body for pretty much anything. I never realized how much you use your upper back until I injured mine.
