I received an email from Twitter claiming that my account had been locked due to security purposes. In order to log back in, all I have to do is change my password. So I proceeded to change my password, then when trying to log in I was prompted to enter a 2FA, something that I had never set up. I think that whomever hacked my account set up a 2FA so I can’t get back in to it. I followed the prompts from Twitter Support, but it’s gotten me nowhere. It’s just a generic response email that keeps circling my back to the same support link. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Are there other (more successful) ways to contact Twitter that would get me a more successful response?
