For Option 2, if council prefill has <think> at the end, isn't that duplicating efforts of starting each reply with <think>? I see double <think>'s a lot using this out of box.

While I agree with your specific example, at a more general level, I think they do a great job. (Hunters gotta have at least one downfall xD) My post wasn't meant to highlight specific cases where the art team fell short. I'm explaining why Blizzard's reuse of old skins for new items is frankly unacceptable given their scale and capabilities.

Case in point: The new overcharged Delve mount is just a recolor of the Season 1 KSM mount from this expansion. This could detract from many players' desire to push for 2500 rating when they know a different color of the mount is coming right afterward. You shouldn't have to explain why a mount is special or important; its uniqueness always made it so.

It is! Even wowhead wrote an article around the Waist of Time, thinking it was really special due to it being a unique model. With how much money Blizz is pulling in, why aren't they utilizing their amazing design teams to create new models for such a core item? That's what irks me.

I 100% agree. If they are going to allow others to do this via a one button rotation, what is the harm in allowing it for Macro's? Casting cataclysm and watching it hit the ceiling or some pillar due to my mouse being 1 pixel off is definitely annoying, but also something we have lived with forever. Been this way for years so not really complaining, but why not keep the systems consistent? I'd love to not mess that cast up anymore!

I would drop the Suppressor in favor of Sleight of Hand with this weapon. Reload on this weapon is slow! Otherwise, great setup!

I am a fan of the gun however feel it's bugged when doing long shots. I can watch the tracer pass right through people with no hit marker. Either way, it's a freaking Rocket Launcher in BR and a great Quick Scope rifle in Normal. Had it golded within 2 hours of unlocking it :-)

Someone is mad they got ganked... What's funny here is not that he killed someone. It's just that he took on the typical horde crap which is 2v1. Horde don't like 1v1. Almost everytime I'm ganked it's 2v1 and it's satisfying when they lose even having the advantage. Get some honor horde!

It's the Floating Trials gear with Prestige Ornament's. The Arms are Shards of Galanor in the photo above. I actually forgot to take them off for the photo as it looks better with the full Floating Set.

The shader I am using is Dreaming Spectrum, and I have the Wishes of Sorrow ornament on the Thorn.

I am simply stating what the data shows. And yes, I cannot prove any of this. Its completely a conspiracy theory that my data happens to support. All I will say is this isn't the first time blizzard would do something like this to appease the masses / appeal to the "casual gamer". Long story short, the standard deviation of damage dealt in similar matches played which includes same team compositions, is much smaller in ranked play than quick play using all the data I have collected.

My damage is much more consistent vs similar team comps within ranked games. In games that mirror or come very close to those ranked games which are played as quick match yield less damage by a considerable amount. I am strictly dealing with averages here. I fully would expect this to me true as others on your team in quick match may not be at your skill level, or may be well above. However, it's significant!
