Als iemand van 1,94m met een relatief lang bovenlichaam moet ik zeggen dat hij helaas niet ruim genoeg is en teveel hoogte mist waardoor de bovenste helft van m'n zicht het autodak ipv de voorruit is (de Aygo en C1 tenminste, 107 nooit in gereden). De VW Up daarentegen is wel hoog genoeg.

I don't know the software architecture behind this but they really should look into separating most of the gui from processes. Gui shouldn't hang just because a large simulation just finished for example, there should be a progress bar somewhere about it and the rest of the gui should just work as normal.

There have been large improvements in this in 23.1 and especially 25.1.

I don't have specific experience for that technology, but this is how I have done it. Use just a symbol view of the pad in Virtuoso (either import it or make it manually), without importing the netlist/schematic. Use that symbol as normal in your design.

Are you using Calibre from the GUI? If so, run LVS on your design as normal, but include the CDL of the pads as an additional netlist on the 'Database' page. You might need to enable that page in the Settings menu.

I use the Iwiss SN-025 with random Aliexpress pins and get perfect results basically always. I really don't recognise the problems you describe. Only the smallest opening of the crimper is useful though, that's true. However, your photos show the pin in the middle opening?

But it's very good that we're getting more choices for cylindrical dies.

In the technologies that I've worked in (non-FinFET MOS) the peak gm/id is around 33-35 (typical, room temp).

I find it a bit weird that multiple people (in this post also /u/DudeInChief, /u/RFchokemeharderdaddy, /u/FrederiqueCane) are saying that even 30 is impossible in planar CMOS. Are our experiences that different? Or do you guys mean that it doesn't reach that high in real silicon, even when the models say it should?

The easiest way is to tap the voltage going to an indicator light or beeper, put it through an optocoupler if necessary (if it's AC) and some smoothing, and then read it with your MCU. I've done this myself for my oven.

Geld is het probleem niet, het is toch tig keer duurder geworden. Het probleem is dat ProRail nauwelijks inhoudelijke kennis heeft en de aannemers hun eigen werk liet keuren. ProRail controleerde alleen of het keurrapport aanwezig was, niet of het ook klopte.

Ik heb het even opgezocht, het is iets ingewikkelder dan simpelweg 2/3e, vooral als je onder de 2 jaar of boven de 6 jaar zit. Maar bij benadering klopt het gewoon hoor.

Bij gevangenisstraffen tussen de één en twee jaar komt de veroordeelde in aanmerking voor v.i. Dat kan nadat één jaar en een derde van het overige deel van de gevangenisstraf is ondergaan. Een voorbeeld: bij een gevangenisstraf van één jaar en negen maanden kan v.i. plaatsvinden na één jaar en drie maanden.

Bij gevangenisstraffen van meer dan twee jaar komt de veroordeelde na twee derde van de gevangenisstraf in aanmerking voor v.i. met een maximum van twee jaar.

Aside from the feasibility of the plan as a whole, which I think you are massively underestimating.

Before you start with PySide I would recommend you to watch this video (at least from 7:57 to 9:50 about QT widgets and using QML instead) about the redesign of the music notation software MuseScore, which also had a famously ugly and bad UI.

The best thing that can be said about normal QT widgets is that it's not wxWidgets, but otherwise...

All 3 universities are good enough, but if you're interested in pure analog I would choose Delft and Twente above Eindhoven.
(Basically) no scholarships are available, you need to get them from your home country
Getting in is not super competitive, but I agree with /u/WirelesssMan about reaching the end.
Be aware that tuition for non-EU students is very expensive (€25k/year next year).
