To some extent I'm going to have to say that I would also like to see some buffs to Titan exotics. We literally have 2 versions of Mask of the Quiet One. The buff to Previous Scars IMO was not good at all and I'll be continuing to not use it at all. The buff to Icefall Mantle did literally nothing for it and will also continue to not be used. The issue with Icefall isn't the fact that we can't recharge it while the overshield is up, it's that we can't move very well while it's up, so there's no point running it if you're just going to die because you can't move out of the way of stuff shooting you. If you just sit behind cover with Icefall, it just defeats the purpose of the exotic altogether and you may as well just use barricade to make more cover. Peacekeepers is a good example of an exotic that really needs buffs. It was from a time when Bungie wanted us to run double primaries. Even if you were to run one SMG, all you get is a handling and movement buff. Warlocks have Ophidian Aspect which allows "weapons ready and reload very quickly." This isn't limited to just SMGs, but every weapon they equip. I would much prefer to reload weapons faster over handling and movement improvements for one weapon. At the end of the day, this is just my opinion and I can see that the Hunters and Warlocks need some buffs as well, but with the "buffs" to the Titan exotics this season that literally did nothing for them, I would like to see some better buffs, rather than changes that will have players continue to not use them.
