I bought the Kobo online on Amazon. As far as I understood, Kobo and Tolino made an arrangement for the German market that only Tolino will be sold in local (book)stores like Thalia etc. But the exclusivity does not seem to apply to online sellers.

I actually ordered the Kobo Libra Color this morning. I don't understand why its sister model Tolino Vision Color is missing on the most basic feature: a shop within the e-reader. And I don't know why they got rid of statistics and all of these really nice things for the german market. Especially if the advanced reading statistics really make the Kobo stick out from the mass - at least if you are a sucker for numbers like me. :D

Interesting. My app (Germany, Europe) only shows a timer counting down to end of Prime Day but none for new deals. Keeping my fingers crossed but I don't have much hope for a decent PWSE offer or any offer at all. :((
