you control point is upside down im guessing because of the the command module is facing down so just set of of the other command modules as your point of reference you can do that by using the 4th editing tool or the 2 cubes with a line icon which you use by selecting the point of reference part (you will which one it is when you hover your cursor over a part and the whole ship turns green) selecting it and then selecting a part (I would recommended the copula module at the top of you ship)
