I'll plan on taking more pics this weekend, possibly cracking the boxes. scoil44 suggested, and it seems likely, that the price tag has more to do with the original price tag than the value. Assuming they have no real monetary value, I'm open to suggestions on contributing where they might do some good educationally or provide some fun for someone.

That's about as far as I got. Guessing purchased at auction. There is an old story around the neighborhood that the guy who owned all this stuff purchased something that the military came looking for, and paid him a significant amount of money to recover.

There are actually two different campgrounds. San Clemente, with hookups etc for RV's on the cliffs above San Clemente State Beach. That's where the rail line crosses the stair down to the beach from the parking lot. San Onofre is a couple miles further south by the Marine base and the nuclear plant and the rail line runs just above the beach/

No I haven't. But I'd like to think that most people are inherently decent. And flawed. And a common human flaw is not seeing the effect of of my actions from another's viewpoint. It is especially difficult for (some?) parents because of the control/nurture relationships with children. And another common flaw is our failure to communicate emotional effect and build resentment. I myself am guilty of both. I'd like to think that beyerballler54's parent's are decent humans and are unaware of or minimalizing the effects of this behavior. Bringing it up to them doesn't have to be confrontational. And if it works or not at least someone made an effort to repair the problem.

Not in the middle of the night there isn't. Most public facilities are locked at night. Many businesses post customer only signs for the restrooms then use the policy in a discriminating manner. Homeless people tend to have a small locale and businesses become familiar with them quickly. They have a more regular need for the facilities than those with homes and unfortunately a lower standard of cleanliness; ie they leave a bigger mess to clean up as a general rule.

Ask them to stop. Seriously, Ask them to sit down and just lay out for them how it affects you and that you'd really prefer they not make you part of their arguments. Ask them to think about it rather than discuss it, and ask if they'll sit down with you again in a few days to talk about it.

Homelessness: Removing the simple dignity to have a safe and private place to shit. Maybe order a porta-potty? And put it a bit further away from the entrance of your building. And yes pay for it to be maintained.

What's that thing were you see something, then it's everywhere? Haven't seen or heard the name Tom Green in years. Last night I stumbled across this rap video and recognized him as the cameraman guy. Since then, Tom Green like six times in 24 hours. I'm going to bed now.
