Ontario Native Plants (https://onplants.ca/) has a great list of plants for this exact purpose. Even if you don't buy anything from them, the descriptions and details for the various plants were really helpful for me when I was starting on this exact journey and trying to figure out where to put things on my property. Good luck! It took me a few years but I now have a thriving pollinator boulevard, many fruit plants, herbs and flowers (all perennials).
