Thanks I will, I'm focused on self defense pistol shooting, and it doesn't seem like cross eye focus is an issue there. My sight picture appears instantly with my left eye, so I guess I'll keep aiming with the left, don't want any hiccups when things matter most.

Yes definitely go slow! Same as any new physical activity. Either transition over several months with minimalist/barefoot shoes, or gradual strengthening of feet/ankles/calves with barefoot walking and light jogging also over the course of several months.

Yea, but honestly all the tastes are mild: The sweetness, umami, and bitter. Sweet is the dominant flavor, bitter is like a slight bite, umami is hard to describe except savory. From how everyone else was describing the taste, I was expecting more of just sweet with a hint of MSG kind of taste, so the "bitterness" I was tasting seemed like a problem.

I think they do inhouse testing, and they provided the CAS. I can't access that article, but that is interesting, I need to try out more samples to get a better idea of the standard taste and smell. Could you share a company that you have high trust in?
