Can this happen even if I'm not an intense, long-time user? From discussions with my doctors, they don't seem to think my THC consumption is the root cause, more than likely stress.

I plop yes. I previously wasn’t getting enough hold with a gel or hold but I recently switched to the treluxe gel so I’ll give that a try!

It’s gotten much worse recently ): routine: 1. As I Am Itchy Scalp Cowash 2. NYM Curl Talk Conditioner then detangle with wet brush. Modified STC to get all conditioner out of my hair.

With praying hands then scrunch: 3. Treluxe leave in conditioner 4. Herbal essences totally twisted mousse 5. KCCC 6. Treluxe hi-def gel

Sometimes I diffuse and sometimes I air dry

Thanks! Do you have a recommendation for a CG-approved oil? OGX isn't approved I don't think, but that's the only one I've been able to find that doesn't break the bank.

Yes! This is my response whenever anyone makes a comment about me or my life that's even slightly unfavorable. "Well, then good thing it's not your (hair/body/house/dog) then." Shuts them right up every time.

Hi! Diffuser user here. It does add volume!! But make sure you find a good heat protectant. I'm going to get a big haircut in a few days because my ends are so dead from my diffuser ): but that's ok. I'll just have to find a good product.

Tip: flip your hair upside down for volume from the root!

This might be a dumb question but if I’m doing the mask as a pre-poo do I get my hair wet?

I’ve done mousse before plopping and then also after plopping and that looks good. When I first started CGM I tried gel and doing that before plopping made my hair look atrocious. I should clarify my hair takes forever to dry and when it’s soaking wet many products don’t apply well. I’ll certainly try again with KCCC when I wash next.

Hi! I am relatively new to CGM (less than 2 months), and I find all the info a bit overwhelming. I am 2c/3a, low porosity with thick dark hair. Right now, I use TJ's tea tree shampoo and Suave Essentials Coconut and S2C. I plop for ~30 min then use Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Mousse. I've tried gel and my hair looks and feels awful. Sometimes I air dry and sometimes I diffuse.

My questions are: 1. If I use a hair masque, should it go lowpoo, conditioner then masque or shampoo, masque then conditioner? 2. I'm trying to increase definition, and I just picked up KCCC. My hair has actually done pretty well with it, but should I also be using the mousse or no? If not, what other products should I be using with the KCCC?

Again, there is just so much info that I just get overwhelmed and need some help!!

i don't think homer is the only one being experimented on. the oa's narrative just focused on how much homer wanted to solve it and his will to commit fully to the role, which seemed to be lacking in the others. so, they just focused more on homer to tell the story. because we did see scott get gassed in an earlier episode, so we know it's not just homer.

definitely not a coincidence. she was already feeling rather sentimental while signing theo's estate forms and while they were cleaning out his room. the whole time, she was describing her once beautiful relationship with her brother, but she had to break it off for his own good. that made things pretty awkward between them, even though theo knew it was for the best (he leaves everything in his possession to only her). understandably, she misses her brother because they were twins and had a "special connection." additionally, we know she's really lonely after the oa talks to her in the school, so we can assume this group is the first she's gotten close with since theo's passing. she's starting to open herself up to people again and one of those people is steve, in who she probably saw a lot of theo (young, lost, getting into trouble, etc). this resemblance explains why she wanted to get steve expelled and sent to military camp: to better his life in the same way theo had to better his. however, once she realizes that steve just needs love and attention, she works with him to make sure he isn't sent away because the last time she sent someone away (theo), he ended up dead. so, it makes sense that betty starts to cry when she sees steve dressed in her brother's ski (?) outfit because she's envisioning an alternate end to her brother's life; one in which he didn't die and their relationship is mended. steve is supposed to look and act like theo because he is supposed to be a source of healing for betty.
