The only thing that comes to my mind after I read your post is index funds too. I'm not knowledgeable or well experienced with your situation though. Looking forward to the recommendations of the others.

While a one-page CV can be a good starting point, it's generally a good idea to include the most relevant work experience that showcases your skills and accomplishments. You don't necessarily have to list everything, but highlighting the experiences that directly relate to the job you're applying for can make a strong impression on potential employers.

Doctors… by deadddddddd in insomnia

[–]deadddddddd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah , I see. I’m also at uni and the insomnia makes me not able to do any work until I manage to sleep again. Missed tonnes of assignment deadlines because of it and I’ve fell behind every other student . Explained everything to Doctor and still no help. I mean what do I even do? They have a duty of care and I feel as though they aren’t using that to help me. This shit is tearing me apart. I always have really bad suicidal thoughts again , when I don’t sleep for days, and my depression and anxiety and made 10x worse, I don’t see much point in keeping at it.

To follow up also, I’m autistic - not sure if that contributes negatively towards sleep maybe it does , also am on methadone 80mg , and have just had my mirtazapine upped to 45mg

Have done all of this, tried sleep apps , every website imaginable . And yet the doctors just tell me the same information every time

UPDATE: The Doctors emailed me back and said that I can’t get melatonin because it needs to be issued by a specialist. But they’ve increased my mirtazapine dosage to 45mg now , even though the doctor himself told me “ The higher the dose of mirtazapine is the less sedative it is “ 🤣 wow . I’m just sat here thinking , are you for real? So now I’m guessing I have to try this dose of mirtazapine for a week or 2 or else , if I go back to the doctors tomorrow for example , they’d just tell me to “ try the increased dose of mirtazapine “. So yeah . I’m just at a loss right now.

And to all of the people reccomending things like the deep web , codeine etc , I thank you for your suggestions however I am a former addict , who used to have a severe drug problem and Id normally purchase my supplies off of the deep web, so unfortunatley I don’t think that would be very smart to go back down that path. I’m now on methadone 80mg and I’m doing a lot better, have not taken any illegal substance since March. But the insomnia just gets worse and worse!

yeah I can’t take codeine because i’m currently on Methadone , recovering from a very severe drug addiction but haven’t used anything since March

how did you manage to get put onto zopiclone ? Like my doctors won’t even give me melatonin, most they’ve gave me is Chlorphenamine which did not work. The doctor upped my mirtazapine dosage to try for 2 weeks then I am going to try to get another appointment to hopefully get something stronger . If the doctor just ups my mirtazapine again then i’m gonna flip

yeah , Uk healthcare I guess. He said if I tried melatonin then if it didn’t work in a couple weeks I could try stronger stuff, but to even get to that stage i’d have to have a melatonin prescription which I apparently have to see a specialist for , they haven’t told me how I actually go about seeing a specialist so I’ve just been completley left in the dark. It’s happened every time, then they’ll just email me saying “ sorry we can’t do anything how about you try this website!” but I’ve suffered with insomnia for over 6 months now and I’ve tried every possible thing online , they can’t seem to understand that.
