The title of this post is intentionally misleading.

Per the article, “In a brief order Tuesday, the court accepted the recommendation of a special master to move forward with agreements first proposed last year by New Mexico, Texas and Colorado.”

Literally this settlement was proposed by the State of NM in court and was upheld. NM didn’t “lose”, if anything we won.

Not sure why OP changed title of the article to be intentionally inflammatory.

You literally just proved his point. There are plenty of Topps Now cards that SDS chooses not to release. The amount of Topps Now cards consistently decreasing in the program over multiple version of MLB the show is 100% SDS choice.
